Welcome to the official portal of Mature Gaming Server (MGS) 2.3 Indonesia. By accessing this platform, joining our VTC (Virtual Trucking Company), or purchasing digital items through MGS Topup, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them thoroughly before utilizing our services.

All registered community members and active drivers in VTC MGS 2.3 Indonesia must comply with the following standards:

• Game Ownership: Possess a legitimate copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) or American Truck Simulator (ATS) via the Steam platform.
• TruckersMP Compliance: Strictly follow official TruckersMP rules. Reckless driving, ramming, blocking, and unauthorized modifications are strictly forbidden.
• Convoy Protocol: Follow the directions of Convoy Controllers (ConSec), maintain safe distance (50-100m) to mitigate latency desync, and avoid overtaking formations without permission.
• Community Decorum: Treat fellow players and outside drivers with respect across in-game CB radio, public chat, and our official Discord channels.

The MGS logistics reporting system relies on absolute data integrity:

• Delivery reports must include valid, unmodified TrucksBook URLs or authentic proof of completed routes.
• Any falsification of mileage, manipulating report screenshots, or claiming unauthorized job slips will lead to immediate report rejection and potential suspension of driver perks.

MGS provides automated instant topup services for mobile and PC games (such as Mobile Legends, Free Fire, Genshin Impact, Valorant, Steam Wallet, and vouchers):

• Order Automation: Transactions are processed in real-time through licensed digital distribution APIs (Digiflazz) once payment confirmation is received.
• Input Accuracy Responsibility: The customer is solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that the entered Game User ID, Zone/Server ID, Riot ID, or account details are 100% correct. MGS cannot reverse, cancel, or refund digital currency delivered to an incorrect account due to buyer error.
• Membership Pricing Tiers: Price discounts apply dynamically based on user role (Public, Exclusive VTC Driver, Exclusive VIP, Loyalist). Abuse of promotional vouchers or exploiting price discrepancies is strictly prohibited.

We support multiple payment channels including QRIS, E-Wallets, Virtual Accounts, and internal MGS Wallet balance:

• Payment Gateways: Online payments are secured and processed through licensed payment gateways (e.g. Duitku). If third-party payment gateways undergo routine maintenance or are toggled off by administrators, orders can be fulfilled seamlessly using your MGS Wallet balance.
• MGS Wallet Policy: Balance loaded into your MGS Wallet is strictly non-withdrawable to fiat cash or external bank accounts and is dedicated exclusively for purchasing game items, vouchers, or services on MGS.
• Unique Verification Codes: Certain deposit or payment methods may include a unique code (1-3 digits) added to the invoice total. Buyers must transfer the exact nominal amount specified to ensure instant automated verification.

Due to the nature of intangible digital goods and instant provider fulfillment:

• Final Sales: All successful digital item deliveries and processed voucher codes are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once marked as fulfilled.
• Failed Transactions: If an order fails due to provider server downtime, temporary stock exhaustion, or invalid SKU status, the full amount paid will be refunded directly to the user's MGS Wallet balance or resolved promptly by our support staff.

Fraudulent chargebacks, exploiting software bugs, attempting SQL injection or unauthorized API attacks, and manipulating balance mutations are strictly forbidden. The MGS administration reserves the right to impose disciplinary sanctions, including:

• Immediate cancellation and freezing of disputed orders or illicitly obtained balances.
• Temporary or permanent revocation of VTC driver perks and rank privileges.
• Permanent blacklisting and account termination across all Mature Gaming Server Indonesia systems.

MGS 2.3 Indonesia is an independent gaming community and digital store. All game titles, logos, and trademarks (such as Moonton, Garena, Riot Games, Valve, SCS Software, TruckersMP) referenced on this site belong to their respective copyright holders.
