Username & Global Name: Your username for profile identity on the MGS dashboard.
Avatar URL: Your Discord profile picture link to be displayed on your membership profile.
VTC Activity Data: Cargo delivery logs and event participation that you voluntarily record on our portal.

2. How We Use Information

The data we collect is used exclusively for our community's operational purposes, including:

Providing secure login functionality using the Discord platform.
Recording cargo deliveries (job board) and processing the monthly driver leaderboard.
Displaying your membership on official MGS team lists or events.
Sending important notifications regarding convoy activities or server announcements.

We are committed to maintaining the security of your information. MGS implements technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Request the permanent deletion of your account and all cargo delivery data (VTC history) from our database by contacting the admin staff via our official Discord server.
